Shipping Policy

At Sexplora™, we value your trust and privacy. Please review our shipping terms before placing an order.


Responsibility

  • We are not responsible for stolen packages. If your order is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

  • We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping details before completing your purchase.

  • If a package is refused at delivery, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping both ways, plus a restocking fee.


Discreet Packaging

Your privacy is our priority.

  • Orders are shipped in plain brown boxes or standard carrier packaging.

  • No mention of Sexplora™ or product details will appear on the outside.

  • Occasionally, padded envelopes may be used (never for fragile items).

  • Our return address is nondescript.

  • We do not send catalogs to your home.


Shipping Costs

  • Standard Delivery (5–10 business days): £5.99

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.


Processing Times

  • 98% of orders ship within 24 hours (in-stock items, Mon–Fri).

  • Orders placed before 10:00 AM GMT will ship the same business day.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

  • Some orders may ship in multiple packages; tracking details will be emailed for each shipment.


Delivery Times

  • Orders ship within 1–2 business days after payment.

  • Delivery time is usually 1–2business days (not including weekends/holidays).

  • Transit times are estimated by carriers and are not guaranteed.

  • Tracking numbers are provided for all shipments (please allow up to 24 hours for activation).

  • We are not liable for delays caused by carriers.


International Shipping

  • Once a package clears customs in the destination country, local customs and delivery agents control final delivery.

  • Customers may need to contact their local customs office for updates once tracking shows the package has arrived in customs.

  • Please note that deliveries to certain countries (such as India, Thailand, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, Kuwait, and South Korea) may face higher risks of customs delays or seizures.


Carriers We Use

  • UK & International: Royal Mail, UPS, FedEx, DHL (carrier varies depending on region).

  • We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
