Return & Refund Policy

At Sexplora, your health, safety, and peace of mind are our top priority. For hygienic and legal reasons, all sales are final. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once items have been dispatched. Any product designed to come into contact with the body or bodily fluids is strictly non-returnable and non-resalable.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Vibrators, dildos, and massagers

  • Anal toys, beads, plugs, douche/enema kits

  • Cock rings, sleeves, and other cock & ball devices

  • Bondage items such as gags, restraints, and ropes

  • Lingerie, men’s wear, and costumes

  • Lubricants, massage oils, condoms, body paints, and similar consumables


Faulty or Defective Products

While we carefully inspect our items before dispatch, on rare occasions a product may arrive defective. We will only replace battery-operated items with a genuine mechanical defect (or in cases of a shipping error on our part).

  • You must notify us within 15 days of delivery by emailing support@sexplora.co.uk with your order number, full name, and details of the fault.

  • Once authorised, returns must be sent back in their original, unopened packaging with all parts, accessories, instructions, and warranty cards included. Items without original packaging will not be accepted.

  • If the returned product is found to be fully functional, a 25% restocking fee will apply.

  • No credit or replacement will be given for items that have been used.


Refunds & Replacements

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email whether your replacement or refund has been approved.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within a few working days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all return postage fees.

  • For items over £75, we recommend using a tracked or insured delivery service as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.


Exceptions & Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in limited cases, such as:

  • Books with obvious signs of use

  • Opened CDs, DVDs, or media products

  • Items not in their original condition, or missing parts for reasons not caused by us

  • Items returned outside the 15-day return window


Gifts

  • If an item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit for the value of the return.

  • If the gift order was shipped to the purchaser, the refund will be issued to them.
